*** As a SAHM/WAHM I am always trying to find ways to improve my cloth diapers. I recently did some research to find out just what the difference was between big “Name Brand” diapers and homemade diapers made from a WAHM. I found that one of the main differences is wicking issues. We WAHM’s LOVE cute cotton prints and can’t help but use them to make cute cloth diapers! However, the problem with that seems to be the moisture seeking its way to the cotton and the cotton print then absorbing it. Cotton is a very thirsty fabric so even a little can cause issues. Although I have never had any issues with my diapers wicking, it seems to be best to make sure that never happens. I want the best diapers for my customers! Mom’s (and dad’s alike) want a diaper they can count on. Therefore, after much research and brain scratching, I finally found a way to keep the cute cotton prints, without wicking problems, or worries of possible wicking problems. The wicking usually occurs around the legs where the majority of the moisture is. I have fixed this (possible) issue by simply putting PUL where the cotton would be around the legs. Now that thirsty cute cotton print will not longer be an issue!

ZORB® absorbs 10-times its weight in less than half a second — that’s 20-times faster than cotton, bamboo or hemp. Zorb™ has incredible holding power too, a single layer holds up to 3 times the moisture of the best absorbing knits so leaking and exterior wicking can be reduced or eliminated. This means no more bulky cloth diapers! ZORB is a registered trademark of Wazoodle Fabrics. * Closure is made with snaps. * Elastic in the back and around the legs. *These diapers are brand new and handmade.*They will fit a baby from approximately 24-35 pounds.* These diapers are waterproof. If you line or rack dry your diapers, drying them on medium heat about once per month will help keep your diapers sealed. ~To remove urine smell, include baking soda when washing or soaking your cloth diapers. If you use baking soda in the wash or soak, make sure to use vinegar in the rinse. This will help restore the pH of the cloth diapers. Otherwise your baby may end up with diaper rash.
