100% cotton birdseye weave cloth prefold diaper in heavy, night time weight, 4 x 8 x 4 ply. High quality cotton birdseye fabric is soft and absorbent. These are long lasting, high quality diapers. Many prefold diapers are constructed with a terry or foam filler where the diaper is doubled. This can lead to the growth of bacteria and increase the dry time. Our diapers are birdseye cotton all the way through. These diapers are the same diapers we sell for babies except that they are large enough for our big babies. We recommend that parents double diaper the baby during the night and use a single diaper during the day even though these are night weight. These diapers will shrink after washing. The large size will shrink approximately 10 percent in both directions. They will continue to shrink for a dozen wash dry cycles. They will also fluff up and grow softer with each washing.
