The Belle baby carrier has a typical front-wearing style with padded shoulder straps that criss-cross mid back, and a strap that fits around the wearer’s waist to provide additional support and reduce back strain.

What’s so great about it:

The Belle baby carrier is very easy to put on – if you’ve ever worn and adjusted a backpack, getting your baby in and out of this carrier will be a breeze.  The shoulder straps are slightly padded for comfort, and unlike cheaper carriers the Belle also has a waist strap which takes alot of pressure of your back and shoulders (especially as Baby grows!) The Belle baby carrier is made of organic and hemp blended fabrics, which are very breathable and the entire carrier can be machine washed.  I also love that it comes in a ton of different colors and prints (some are even Dad-approved )

What’s not-so-great:

Unfortunately, the Belle baby carrier headrest does not fold down, so your baby cannot be worn in the facing out position until he or she is big enough to see over it.  As well, the carrier does not provide very good support for baby’s head, so if you are planning to use the carrier for extended periods, it is better suited to older babies who can hold their heads up.
